Mosin lived and worked in Sverdlovsk (now Katherinberg). He was a member of the Union of Artists of USSR. Mosin participated in All-Union, republican, and regional exhibitions.
His works are represented in Moscow, Sverdlovsk and the Fleischer Museum.
